Common questions
What counts as a booking?
Any appointment confirmed through Ovetiana — whether booked by a customer on the marketplace or manually added by your team.
Is there a minimum monthly charge?
No. If you have zero bookings in a month, you pay zero. The 10¢ fee applies only when a booking happens.
Are walk-ins charged?
Walk-ins you add manually in your dashboard are charged the same 10¢ flat rate.
What about cancelled bookings?
Cancelled bookings are not charged. The fee only applies to completed or confirmed appointments.
Can I list multiple branches?
Yes — all branches are included at no extra cost. Multi-location management is a core feature, not an add-on.
